Terms of Service

1. Introduction and scope

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of the SaaS service (hereinafter: Service) provided under the autocontent.hu domain by Gábor Jurgovszki, sole proprietor (hereinafter: Service Provider).

By registering for or using the Service, the User accepts these Terms and the Service Provider's Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• User: any natural or legal person who registers for or uses the Service.
• Account: the User's password-protected personal access registered on the Service.
• Credit: the unit of accounting within the Service, required for generation operations (article generation, image search, AI metadata).
• Content: any text, image, or other data generated or uploaded by the User.

3. Description of the Service

The purpose of the Service is to provide AI-based content production (article generation, topic research, image assistance), fine-tuned for the Hungarian language. Modules of the Service:

• Topic research based on Google search and AI analysis
• Seven-step article generation pipeline
• Stock image search (Magnific/Freepik), custom image upload, AI metadata generation
• WordPress integration plugin
• User media library, template management, version tracking

4. Registration and User Account

Registration is free of charge. The User is required to register with truthful data and to keep the password of their Account confidential. The User is responsible for all actions performed using the Account. The Service Provider is entitled to suspend or delete an Account if the User violates these Terms.

5. Pricing and credits

The Service operates on a credit-based accounting system. Upon registration, the User receives 10 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased in the Credit balance menu of the Service. Current credit prices and the credit consumption of operations are published by the Service Provider within the Service.

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits cannot be refunded after expiration. Refunds for purchases are only possible within the limits of the applicable legal regulations.

6. Payment terms

Service fees may be paid by the User via the online payment interface provided by the Service Provider, by bank transfer, or by other indicated methods. Invoicing is performed in accordance with Hungarian regulations.

7. Intellectual property and usage rights

All copyrights to the software and visual elements of the Service belong to the Service Provider. Content generated by the User is the property of the User — the Service Provider processes such Content only to the extent necessary for operating the Service.

Images obtained from stock image providers (Freepik/Magnific) may be used by the User in accordance with the licence terms of the respective provider.

8. User obligations and prohibitions

The User undertakes to:

• Not use the Service to produce content that violates the law or the rights or human dignity of others
• Not attempt to circumvent the security systems of the Service
• Not transmit, by automated means, requests that exceed the capacity of the Service
• Not share their Account login credentials with third parties

9. Data protection

The Service Provider processes the personal data of Users in accordance with applicable laws (in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation of the Service; however, no liability is accepted for the following:

• Temporary unavailability of the Service (maintenance, third-party fault)
• The accuracy and professional correctness of AI-generated content — it is the User's responsibility to review the content before publishing
• Damage caused by the User, or damage caused by third parties as a result of misuse of the User's data

11. Modification and termination of the contract

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The User will be notified of the amendment by e-mail or by an in-Service notification. The amendment becomes effective on the 15th day after notification. If the User does not accept the amendment, they may terminate their account.

The User may terminate their account at any time by sending an e-mail to info@autocontent.hu or via the settings interface.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The Parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes arising from this contract amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the Parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

13. Consumer protection notice

If the User qualifies as a consumer, complaints may be addressed to the following bodies:

• Conciliation Board — competent according to the User's place of residence
• Consumer Protection Authority — district offices
